Lindegaarden Kollund was built in 1856, and since 2006, food has been prepared under the name Din Kok.
Monika Buhl Kragh, who runs Lindegaarden, is passionate about healthy and nutritious food, and inspired by street food. Good ingredients and lots of authentic flavor.
Monika is a trained waiter from Fakkelgaarden, trained chef from Copenhagen Corner and Hotel Hüttmann.
In 2017 there was a new initiative with a restaurant and Bed & Breakfast, and Din Kok was renamed Lindegaarden Kollund.
Since the coronavirus, the restaurant has been closed, but in April 2025 Lindegaarden Kollund will open its doors again.
